I have a 1985 GMC Sierra classic that has a 350 SBToo make it louder what would i need to do?

The engine is old has about 400,000 miles or a little more, has a high rise manifold, edelbrock open air intake, and crane camMe and a couple of my friends have tuned the idle and fixed a couple of air leaks but other than that not a whole lot to the truckI have no idea what the transmission is if you have any idea where to look to find out please let me know.Some people have told me to get either a bigger cam or just go ahead and buy some headersIf that is the only answer too what im asking then what cam or headers should i buy?
