in infamous i was on infamous rank and i activated the raysphere and i got black lightning and extra battery cores but i can still be good if i wanted to how do i get it so im locked at infamous. also i beat the game.
you could be a power forward, with your size, but yes definately lose weight maybe down to 210 pounds or so
make sure there isnt anything in your actual stove that is burning like, my brother makes frozen fries all the time and one time one fell down on the bottom and each time we used the oven the fry on the bottom caught back on fire and that was setting the smoke alarm off then another time whoever did dishes missed one corner of a pan and whatever got stuck to the bottom and was directly touching the rack burned, not the food on the top that was getting cooked took us a while to figure it out, its hard to find one blackend french fry in a stove with black walls
