Haven‘t picked up a manual yet and had to change my front tire. Wouldn‘t mind knowing the axle torque spec and pinch bolt torque specs.
They may give you a fix-it ticket instead.
YES! In fact in SF they started not touching the wiper blades - they started putting them in the hood line. (Some wiper blades are attached to the alarms.) So, if you could find a car with no seams anywhere . then they'd mail them to you - Sorry! (Just don't park illegally!)
In most States you can get a ticket for not having windshield wipers too. They would most likely try to secure it to your vehicle some other way, or they might just mail it to you.
