ok so when i go past 60 mph the car starts to move from side to side could it be something from the suspension or the shocks,best answer 10 points
It depends what you mean If say the whole car moves from side to side like it wanders or moves left to right as if your steering than that means its probably your front suspension(likely tie rods or ball joints or your car is out of alignment) If your car sways left to right (like your taking a corner too hard and one side of the car lifts up and other side goes down) than it could be alot of things, it will be easily noticable by a mechanic though as your suspension will most likely be falling apart.
It's the air suspension at work. On my 1997 Mark VIII it lowers the car ride at speed for better handling. The town car has the same system.
