I was wondering is it true to say that if I ate a diet loaded with 100-150 grams of fiber that i can keep it at 2000 calories a day, since my normal is about 1500-1600 to maintain will that work
1g fiber basically counteracts 1g carbs, so it doesn't help as much as you think.
