Ok so I own a 2005 Saturn Vue and this winter my windshield wipers only work on the high speed which is 3 and will not work on one or two speed i was wondering if anyone had any advice on what could be the problem???
door switch is bad, prob the endagte switch
This same problem happened to me because I left my wipers in the on position. Later on we got some snow and my wipers ended up getting stuck in the snow and ice while not able to free themselves. Once the ice and snow melt they only work on high. Going to check the ground,fuses and relays and such and see what happens.

Here is a cheap and easy thing to try. Sometimes the sheet metal screws that attach the windshield wiper to the vehicle become corroded or loose in the holes. These screws are the grounding source for the motor. Take a piece of automotive electrical wire and attach it to one of the mounting screws in the windshield wiper motor and secure it to a good ground source. This may very well solve your slow speed issues. I have repaired many GM vehicles in this manner.
