240 rear motorcycle tire is that too big for the twists?

i‘m looking to get either a hayabusa or a zx14 i like the fat tire look as long as its not too big iv seen a 240 rear on a zx14 and it looked good to me i just wanna know is 240 too big of a tire for twists or whats the perfect size i guess i‘m asking

Hey, I live in VA too. :) My horse lives outdoors, so my blanket rule is: if it's below 45 her sheet goes on.below 40 and her heavy blanket goes on and if it's below 35 both go on. But since your horse isn't blanketed right now, I think he would be fine with just a sheet. Hope I helped. :)
Dude, a 240 is HUGE and are usually only on cruisers or drag bikes. That size tyre would slow the bike up heaps for all the WRONG reasons. My MT01 has a 190 and compared to the 160 on my TRX850 the difference is very noticableI guess it would look cool sitting at the local coffee bar but apart from that I wouldn't do it.
It would be good to get him a waterproof, breathable blanket. I blanket my ponies when it's very windy, cold and wet. The blankets protect their skin from getting soaked and keeps the heat against them. Just like us, if a horse gets soaked and has to stand out in the windy, cold weather, it's nearly impossible to be warm.
