Hi all,Toyota Avalon 97 (170K miles ) - 1 ownerSo, the ABS light and Check Engine light are on.The shop said that a few cylinders are misfiring and I need to replace all 6 spark plugs for about $200.Does this sound right ? Any other explanations.Is the ABS light for the brake pads ?Thanks, LA Guy
Price about right for platinum spark plugs and labor if diagnosis included in price. I presume Calif. labor prices high. As for ABS light not for brake pads. For auto. braking system that applies brake to different wheels when conditions apply. Has to be checked separately different ecm controls it. They should have checked at same time.
