I personally don't find it legal for them to fill up their trucks tank using town water from a fire hydrant advertising it as swimming pool water He does this like every day. Could it be possible that the town sells this water to this company and it is perfectly legal? Or maybe they are selling it illegally but they know about it??

Sounds like you have a good case. But, as far as unemployment you are not eligible because you were not with the company long enough. You may have a case for a law suit though. I would call an attorney. Some of them take a portion when you when and you are out nothing up front. Good luck and congrads on the the baby. I don't think much about the company you were with.
