Question:

A tree landed on my car and smashed in the roof, trunk and broke a tail light..Do you think it's totaled?

It's a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

Answer:

Im asumeing it probly is. It is very hard to weld a new roof on a car. So most body shops dont even try. Im willing to place a bet that its junk now.
Most likely. Insurance would have to pay more than the car is worth to fix it as the roof is difficult to fix. The adjuster will come out and assess the damage once you call the insurance company and will then give you the final say.
Prolly to the insurance it is. But if the car has low miles they mite consider it worth. I would have it fixed, just cut the roof of with a saw, weld the new roof in, put the interior plastics on and the light, and head liner.
yeah the tree is shot! Sounds like the car is as well by the damage it sustained. Have a body repair shop get you an estimate and call your insurance company. An accident investigator will pay you a visit to give you a replacement check for a new car if you have full coverage. If not full coverage, then goodbye to the car at the junkyard. good luck.........
Needs Roof, Window & Windshields, Trunk, Etc. about 75% chance Insurance may Total it and give you cash to get a car but you can try to have it fixed At Your Expanse
