Question:

Accidentally locked my keys in my storage space. What are my options? i.e. Locksmith?

I live in a Condo which I own and am responsible for all interior maintenance and repairs. I have a storage basement which has a separate door for access. I locked my keys for the basement in the basement. I need access as I have canned food, clothes, and laundry soap stored down there. Would the Condo association possibly have a master key? How much would a LockSmith cost?

Answer:

The disc is polycarbonate plastic, with an aluminum reflective player applied. Writable discs have a dye layer added.
This happens to me a lot when I'm working in cold weather and have to use a dust mask and safety glasses. My breath fogs up the glasses. More expensive masks have exhaust for breath but I use this trick. Take 2 straws and cut them so when in your mouth, they stick out the bottom of the mask. I learn to breath in through my nose and out through the straws. Keeps the breath away from the lens and only opens the mask a minimal amount. A more permanent solution would be to cut holes to stick the straws out of, but I've never done that.
