Question:

Why do people hose down buildings that are being demolished?

Watching several videos on youtube showing buildings being demolished, I noticed that there is usually someone spraying the building that is being demolished with what looks like a fire hose or something. Why exactly is that?

Answer:

because even as hydrogen burns in oxygen, water is the product. The hydrogen is thoroughly oxidized and the reaction stops. the nice and comfortable temperature of a flame isn't sufficient to launch both gases from water the position they are chemically blended and so have fullyyt diverse houses.
More than likely. Seeing as night would generally be brighter alot of organisms that have evolved with bioluminecant traits would probably evlove to suite the increase of light or die off. Depending on how intense the light was that was reflected to us by the moon, things could heat up quickly on Earth. What's more interesting is that we have these reflector arrays already on the moon. We don't have them covering an entire side, however we have a small area near one of the landing sites covered in this array (Not sure how big, but I'd guess a football field or two). It's primarily used for experiments that involve shooting lasers to this array and measuring the reflection.
It's a pipe dream. As already noted, the costs evolved will outweigh the benefits. It would be wiser to put that money into making things that use energy more efficient and building the infrastructure on this planet. Also, think about it. The moon goes through phases. The reflected light output will be inconsistent. Your maximum light output is going to be between first and last quarter, which is about 50% of the monthly lunar cycle.
