The motive would be, she knows he's been cheating on him.
He can get a book called 1-2-3 Magic about disciplining kids and read it. It's pretty simpel to do and it works. Set up a video where she can't see it. There are cameras like that. Or your boyfriend can tell his parents he won't babysit anymore and they should hire someone. Or he can sign up for something like sports or band or theatre where he's out of the house a lot.
The two of you have a decision to make, then. Are the two of you willing to work with her to correct this behavior the best that you can, or do the both of you want not to be the ones to babysit her at all?
