Question:

Any differrence between a 2 any motorcycles tyre & trikes tyre?

Motorcycles, scooters any 2 wheelers has to lean to turn, but 3 wheelers or trikes tyres tend to stay on the ground.I was wondering if I am correct on is and need feddback or correction on my thinking because our trike‘s handlebar front wheel wobbles a lot and we thought it‘s the front tyre that is not as flat as the rear ones. Our front tyre is the same as any other bikes or scooters stock tyres. With a lil contact surface getting wider at the sidewall up to the rim.Don‘t u think manufacturer got the wrong one for the front?

Answer:

If the front handlebars are wobbling, it has nothing to do with the rear tires at all. There's something wrong with the front tire. It is either damaged, has a defect, or needs to be balanced. I wouldn't it drive it anywhere except to the shop to have it fixed. If you had it changed recently, take it back to the shop that installed the tire and tell them there is something very wrong.
you do not say what your trike is so if you have a honda 50 front end on a v8 you will get problems you will find that an extra steering brace between the stanchions will help to strengthen it and there is a steering shock available hope this helps, IF YOU HAVE THE PHEONIX TYPE vw eng at rear a m/c front wheel should be fine if its a BIKETRIKE you will be best advised to at least beef it up a bit. CAR ENGINE TRIKES i believe should have leading links which usually means a car tyre
I've seen a few of these posts about the chinese trikes having wobbly front ends, and the solution to the problem is, dont buy chinese junk. Those trikes have poor craftsmanship, bottom line.
