So i want to put the 2 into 1 exhaust system on my Triumph Thruxton and want to know if it‘s street legal in California. If not, is there some way around this?
There is no way around it. No CARB number means off-road use only.
Basically anything that didn't come factory installed is not legal in California until proved otherwise. That said you'll probably need to re-jet.
