I am an owner of a rental apartment in Austin, TX. Are fire extinguishers required there and if so, how many, what kind, and who is responsible for them being therethe owner or the tenant? Also, who is responsible for their maintenance if required?
You wanna see a skunk? you're in luck!!! there are lots of skunks in West Vancouver and North vancouver. the entire area stinks so undesirable this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days from those rattling creatures. power down twenty 2nd street (go out off of street a million) and as youcontinual down the 22dn street in the direction of the water you're sure to sniff a skunk.
I wouldn't like the fact that there was no place for my dog to go to sleep by himself since you don't have cages. I don't know if you have bedded areas blocked off where the dog could be alone. It sounds like your business is more like a doggie day care rather than a boarding facility. I would use you as a doggie day care during the week days when I was working though. Your price sounds very reasonable for what you offer. I read your updateIf they have their own place to sleep then yes. I would.
I wouldn't because I don't believe you should let dogs run free all the time what would happen if a fight breaks out in the middle of the night? All those who say yes aren't experienced enough to understand what I'm getting to..Your clientele must be people who have very little experience with dogs and if you are a trainer/behavior consultant you should know better than that, what ,you least expect, will happen and I mean dog fighting.Then what are you going to do?

No, I'm sorry but I wouldn't board my dog with you. When I have to board my dog I pay more than that however, the dogs each have their own room with video cams that I can access from my phone to check on him. Since I have an Akita, I don't want him to be turned loose in a play area with other dogs and my boarding kennel has 2 play periods per day in a play area that is used for only one dog at a time. Additionally they do have someone on duty 24 hours per day that does hourly rounds and looks in the door window of each room to check on the dogs. The facility is licensed, insured, bonded, the staff is all trained in pet first aid and has an agreement with a group of vets for 24 hour emergency vet care. (Of course I would be responsible for the vet bill should the vet be needed for my dog).
