I'm trying to remember what show (and episode) a scene I saw in the late 90s or maybe early 2000s came from. It was from a show meant to scare kids. The wall (I think it was in a hallway) started to stretch like a rubber sheet and there were all of these faces and hands coming out of it. It looked kind of like this but in a normal house with normal walls:
That would be overkill for most people not using steroids. Maybe if you only did one set of each you could benefit from it, but even that might be too much. Only sure way to know is to give it a try for a few months and check results.
