So call me pathetic.... I want to go to Sydney for school but i was wondering... Can i take real estate courses online from USA? And if so do I have to go to Australia to take the real estate course? I ask because i want to go there and stay hopefully as a permanent resident and if I can have a job very soon after I enter the country it would make it easier to get an apartment etc. Thanks and im sorry for asking a dumb question!
LonelyPu, of course you can, you can do all that and more, but guess what? Real estate agents is not on the required Australian Skills list, as a valued requirement. You have asked a number of questions, I have told you, and a number of my Australian friends on here have given you some very firm advice. As I am sure you have read on here, from me and others, Australia, are very firm with their criteria.
So what you want to do is to immigrate to Australia. Once you are there, you will have to study and take the exams locally. But, you are a long way from that yet, if you qualify. Probably years and years.
Curl up on sun-drenched beaches, dine at award-winning restaurants and a great deal more is what you will get on your own trip to Sydney. Discover more with hotelbye . Among the world's great symbols and a positively should see in Sydney may be the Sydney Opera House, a place is a UNESCO World Heritage Website and the star interest on the glittering harbour. That graceful making, formed like shells or billowing sails, perches on a finger of area surrounded by water. Sydney is really a distinctive place to spend your holiday so, don't lose the opportunity to visit a good city.
Real Estate Courses Sydney
You can do the NSW Certificate of Registration course and test online but that still won't allow you to work in Australia as a Real Estate Agent. You must have a work visa before you can work in Australia but the occupations of Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Representative for employment in Sydney are only eligible for employer sponsored visas - qualifications additional to a CER are also required (at least an Associate Degree with a relevant Real Estate major). I find it extremely hard to imagine any employer being willing to sponsor an inexperienced new arrival from overseas in a specialised market like Sydney even if they have all of the required qualifications.
