I bought my laptop back in August/September. Awhile ago, whenever I plugged in the charger to the laptop, it would say plugged in, but not charging. So it was already messed up. I just broke my chargerthe little silver threads pulled apart I guess. Will Dell be able to send me a free new charger? Does anyone have the number to call?
There should be a number on the laptop if not just type in dell in a search engine.If you tell them what they should replace for free
