If there was a fire and there was a safe place to pull the fire alarm can a parent allow their teen or boy diagnosed with aspergers to pull the alarm? What would the parent say if the kid/young adult says can I pull the fire alarm? Would the person with aspergers take a bit longer to pull the handle? Would they read the directions out loud? If a parent was there would they be watching their kid/ young adult pull the alarm if they were safe/ Could a parent put their hand of their son's to pull the hadndle together? If they did it hand over hand would it make a difference if the kid's hand was on the lever and the parents on top. What would the kid/teen feel as the handle goes down?
