Question:

Can a parent press charges for malestation?

Ok what I know that a parent can press charges if their child is 16 and the older person is well 18+. My specific question is can the parent press charges if their child is 18+ on the older person who is also 18+

Answer:

If the child is over 18, then it's not molestation. They're also not a child, they're an adult. No, they can't do anything.
When you are 18, you can officially press charges by yourself because you are legally an adult
you cant press charges for malestation becuase they are both of leagal age, but you can press charges for rape, if the guy raped her i dont know why people are saying its molestation, because that is when an older person forcfully has sex with a MINOR idiots, rape is when one person of leagal age forces another person of leagal age to have sex
First off, it's molestation. And if it was consensual between both parties, then the parents can do nothing about it legally.
