Question:

Can anyone think of one good use for the &scroll& key?

All over the world, millions of little yellow lights are lit up continuously while the keyboard is in use- all to let us know that the SCROLL LOCK key has been activated. I've been using computers for 15 years now, from Dos to Vista, and I've never seen a use for it once. What does it do? Why do we still have it? Why did we ever have it?

Answer:

A For trimmers, Stihl has the top spots in gas and corded electric categories.
Drain the electrical system? Like use up the battery?? Anyway, the owner of the building could possibly be fined a small amount for violating noise bylaws, but since this was not his fault, it's very unlikely. Alarm codes are typically NOT provided to everyone, so there is little anyone can do. I'm sure the neighbors will survive.
Start with a lawnmower (push is fine for a smaller yard, for a larger yard you might want a riding mower), a small gasoline container, safety glasses, gloves (to prevent blisters) to mow the lawn. A waterhose and a rake are also basic essentials. Other than that, I suggest you purchase things as you want/need them. If you take on a project, research what you will need. There are DIY magazines and books that can guide you. And, if you go to a store such as Home Depot or Lowes and tell them what you are working on, they can likely help you find everything you will need. Congratulations on your new home! And a previous answerer is right- you COULD hire help, but we have 10+ acres and we like doing things ourselves- the reward is greater that way. Just take one project at a time and complete it before starting another- too many ongoing projects gets overwhelming.
