Sure you can - with a shovel! More seriously, yes, they connect to a USB port. They're all cheap ($20 or under), just pick one that reads the type of memory card you use. Many of those readers support multiple types of card, but make sure yours is supported in any case.
ou can get either usb or internal card readers the cheapest i have seen is $11.00 US
