If you can't afford to replace it outright, here are my suggestions. 1. Get a good quality Carbon Monozide detector. 2. Have a HVAC tech come out and look at the following: wiring for your thermostat; thermocouple and burners. 3. While he is out, have him thourghly clean out the burners and blower motor.
like a big heavy door creaking, that nasty and loud rubbing noise thats so profound you feel it the pedals it sounds likeafter it rained the bushing must have had water get into it and whhat you can do is if its from the front lean on the bumper and pump the suspension with your bodyweight you most likely will hear it to get a better idea where it coming from i my self use a dry lubricant ito spray the bushings and keep them lubed but since its new maybe take it in and have the dealer check it out
