Question:

Can I get struck by lightning under a porch?

I'm in a cabin and there is a bunch of lightning in the sky,and I'm on a balcony. There is a little roof over the balcony, but can I get strucked by lighting. I also haven't heard thunder.

Answer:

Maybe a little. Like for example your don't let them stay up on holidays, there's no school so why wouldn't they be able to, the don't have to get up really early, so why not let them stay up like an hour later. If schools right down the road maybe you could let her try to walk to school if she thinks she ready. Also maybe make it so not that family weekends aren't just something that's educational because they are kids and maybe making it and if they want to spend time with friends on the weekend make so they would be able to. I agree on not letting her have a phone or a computer as she is nine, but maybe if she wants, getting her a little mp3 player so she can listen to songs she like on say long car ride or even when she ready. Your not overly strict your just maybe doing a little much and can relax a little, the seem like good kids Chores and everything else is good, I have chores I have to do and i'm glad I have them, Also I'm not allowed to date until i'm 16 and even then I might not because it seems like to much drama being in high school and everything. You sound like a great parent and the way your sister in-law parents isn't doing your niece any good and shes probably going to end up getting in trouble because she doesn't have rules at home
It will be marked for location to provide optimum results so for safety I would realign the holes.
There's this really tall building at least 25 stories near my house, I'm thinking of taking it over till it all blows over. It has malls and a hardware store next to it, so supplies won't be a problem.
