i recently just bought my first car and i want bigger wheels.so is it possible to get these wheels without getting the lift?

It all depends on how much she weighs, if you need a lift kit then maybe she shouldn't be on top. Second, I think Ciera might be a bit to young for you and your 18 inches. Calling her old doesn't make her old.
