Can I put an aluminum cake pan in the oven?

Answer:

i never thought it made a difference until i got a set of high thread count, it does make a difference, spend the extra money it is well worth it , they do get softer and softer every time
higher is better and more expensiveegyptian cotton high thread count is absolutely fabulousGets softer and softer every time you wash them.
Higher is better, definitely 300 or more for sheets that won't get fuzzy and uncomfortable.
It is not really a better or worse situationIt is more a preference thingThe higher the thread count the closer the threads so the warmer the materialI like high count sheets because they are smoother but that also makes them slickerI use generally a low count blanket thread count so it don't get to hotAgain, it is just a matter of preferenceLow count airy High count warmth hope I helped :) Tony L.
YesI would put it on a cookie sheet just in case it spills overFor protection.
