im gettin a new car in da next 3 months and i wanna kno if i can put any cold air intake on my Corolla(toyota) and jus move it over to my RSX(acura) once i get it?
So your gettin an acura rsx and wanna take da cold air intake system off of the corrola?It depends if its a pod setup your talkin bout or an over radiator cold air intake systemIf its the over radiator system then NO you cant cause chances are it aint gunna fit the rsxIf its a pod system then yes it will go onto the rsx providing you have the right sized hoseAs for replacing the intake on the corrola just go to a wreckers and pull a stock standard system off one of the same model
Cold air intakes are not built to be removed from one vehicle and put into the next. The diameter of the throttle body is different, so you'll need some new hardware in order to create an air-tight seal. You may be able to get away with using the same air filter depending on whether or not you can find a place roomy enough to house it.
the answer is NO just remove the cold air intake put the stock back on. then sell your intake and with the money an intake for the new car.
