Question:

can normal fiberglass resin be used for casting?

I am working on a project which would involve pouring about a 1/4 to 1/2 layer of resin over a table top. I went to the local craft store to get resin but found they didn't have any of the catalyst. I did some research online to see if there was a substitute catalyst I could use and noticed that fiberglass resin from the hardware store is about half the price for the same amount of resin as at the craft store. Can I use normal fiberglass resin for something like this or will it not be as strong as craft type resin since there won't be any actual fiber-glass or reinforcing material in the resin?

I was gonna say what lin-z said!! its a body part!!
PENNINGTON, this week and the next. Miami and Detroit you have to love it. Huard is playing good, but Pittsburgh needs a win. They'll be jacked up. Its at Pittsburgh that just a bad combo. And he plays San Diego next week, just nasty. Gradkowski is too early to tell. Cincy is always good. Plus coming off bye week they've been scouting and practicing for him. Philly next week.
hahahaha. when i was in third grade, one of the kids in my class asked this question and my teacher said, pray (we went to private school) but i've always thought of it, and i suppose that it would be safer to stay inside and move the students and faculty into a part of the building that isn't on fire while firemen try to put out the fire.
well first of all it is a hot smelly hobo? or an ugly one? second what kind of garbage? like mcdonalds garbage or nasty garbage? and thirdly I would feed him my pinky toe cuz i dont like it anyways. ohh does eating me out count?? cuz I'd feed him that!! hehe
