It is the first part of my manuscript that I'm writing. I know you don't know what they're talking about, but this is cut out- that information is given if you keep reading. I want to know several things- Your opinion on the voice, whether or not you're interested in continuing or not, and if you like it or not. Thanks, I appreciate it. Remember, HONEST- if you don't like it, I make it better, if you do, good. Win win.
You got an answer that there was nothing poisonous in the chemicals and that may be false! if you have a baking soda fire extinguisher, then you are ok. If it truly is a chemical powder extinguisher, that stuff is NOT safe. I used to work for a fire safety company. You MUST THOROUGHLY clean EVERYTHING about that grill. ALL the parts inside. If it's thorough, I think you'll be okay. If you can afford a Halon fire extinguisher, that's the ONLY kind to have. There is no mess and since it's a gas, it's virtually non toxic. Safety Pro is the only one I know that offers that. They have a web site I think, just google it. Plus they have a free replacement policy (sounds like you'll be utilizing this one) and there is a ten year guarantee on it. You can't beat that! You can use the extinquisher over and over again until gone and you don't have to replace it if you do use it. But why not, they offer free replacement. conditions apply. Or you can specifically get an extinquisher that has baking soda in it as the fire fighting agent, but they don't last long. Or keep a large box of baking soda handy when grilling. Good luck and keep an eye on that grill! : )
The two non-woven background materials the I use is paper and heavy felt. The majority of my backgrounds are muslin, which is a woven material, but you can get large sizes and felt (which is cheap and disposable when it gets dirty, but only comes in 6' widths so there are seams to edit out at times). Paper backgrounds are okay, but you have to be careful storing them and they are easy to rip/puncture (especially if someone wears heels). The quality of the photos you get will depend more on your skills/experience than the background material used. Muslin and felt tend to be less reflective than paper.
