I am baking apple slices, which is alot like an apple pie only in a square pan then ices with a thick glaze icing I need it to be in a disposable pan as I am giving to someoneEverything I have read says not to bake a pie in a shiny pan (ie aluminum foil pans)I will take any advice as I would love for it to turn out well.
