okay well you know how everyone says you cant lose weight by fasting? what if you fast and work outdoesnt working out and exercising burn calories?

There is really no way to answer this question, because it could be any one of them or all three may pay the sameNone of them as a category pay more than the others.
You can fast and lose weight by exercisingMost people can't make themselves do it for more than a few days and when they do bad things start happening both physically and mentally Your body burns calories and if you work with no food at all you will lose weightSome people say your body will shut down metabolism but that's not really truePeople in concentration camps during the Holocaust were forced to work with little or no food and we've all seen pictures of how many were no more than skin and bonesThose people were severely damaged and I doubt they could have done that to themselvesThere are many people that die from self starvationIf that's not what you want then don't fast and work out for long periods of timeIf you do it for a couple of days you'll just rebound and gain and your pain and suffering will have been wastedIt's better to know how many calories you can eat per day and how many calories you burn working out and create a calorie deficit that way in order to lose weightI enjoy food more when I work out hard because I know I've earned it.
