If you just want sound, slip ons are the way to go. If you get a full system, better check dyno results and not take their word on power increases. The power may be in some stupid RPM range you'll never use. I LOVE Road Kings!

both answers are C.brake systems convert MECHANICAL pressure( pressing on the brake pedal) to hydraulic pressure ( pressure inside the brake lines) then to MECHANICAL pressure again( calipers squeezing the pads against the rotors).the rack and pinion converts the rotating motion of the steering wheel to a side to side motion making the wheels turn side to side
