Im getting ceramic braces next month and im really scared. Are they noticeable that much?? Can you tell in pictures? Im a cheerleader at my highschool and I dont want it to be that noticeable when I cheer. Also do spacers hurt? They didnt hurt my brother but all my friends said they hurt really bad.
Of course women had jobs, don't be absurd. it wasn't a question of women being 'allowed' to have jobs, enormous numbers of women had to work whether they liked it or not, in order to survive. There were over a million women employed in domestic service in the UK at this time for example. And there were plenty of women working in shops, offices, etc, and of course large numbers of teachers. I had a great-aunt who was a music teacher in this period.
They're not very noticable, my sister has them and I realised when I looked closely. Spacers kinda hurt, it feels like food is stuck inbetween your teeth. After a couple of days, the pain will go away. Your teeth will feel tender, so eat soft foods for that time.
for me spacers hurt alot. and for the ceramic braces theyarent very noticable. it took my friends and teachers a while to notice i had them. and if anyone did notice they thought i just had a retainer. and in pics. you can barely tell. so you should be fine while cheering. hope this helps :)
Well she probably didn't get paid for it. Or if she did she only got paid half the amout the windshield inventor got. They probably gave her a cheque and said Now make sure you don't lose this.
