I was wondering if ceramic headers is worth the 200 extra dollars over chrome. Any advice would be appreciated

Long with that stuff, I also carry my cell phone. It's a military grade model. It has a flashlight, digital compass, and GPS features. I also usually pack some light weight rain gear like Frogg Toggs. They weigh next to nothing and can mean the difference between dying a wet death or making it till search and rescue finds my dumbass.
my trusty 300 weatherby -water 1 good length of lite cord 1 good bunch of TP 1 weather proof lighter 1 roll electrical tape 1 leatherman 1 good hunting knife -several snickers bars 1 good packboard 1 full flask (for medicinal purposes of course) - a whole lot of common sense i live and hunt in the BC Rockies and from experience i know that too much stuff is a pain in the back side and i have spent 3 days snowed in in a high basin. i don't want all that stuff when i have a hind quarter of an elk on a pack-board.
go with the ceramic. The chrome would only be usefull for just a show car. Possibly the jet-coat if they have it. I was considering putting longtubes on my mustang until I found out all the work involved and the measly increase in power on a s197 gt.
ceramic wont blue like chrome, and a proper ceramic coating will keep a majority of the heat in the pipe, aiding scavenge
