I've had constipation for many years of my life (I'm 23)In the past year I started taking magnesium pills which helpedin the past three months or so I would use dulcolax suppositories when I felt almost painfully full and hadn't gone for a week or soI now know I shouldnt abuse them, although I only used about fivethis past Friday I woke up and felt very full and vomitedI was very bloatedI slept all day, except for one last suppository around noon which relieved someacross Fri and Sat I had 16 glasses of water, a banana, some oj, and granola with kefirI also took a dulcolax stool softener yesterdayI feel much better today, but still a little fullI haven't had a bmI'm scared to eat too muchshould I use an enema? or just take another stool softener and wait it out? I realize I should better my diet (although I try to get lots of fiber and fruit and veg)I always drink lots of waterand I will stop using suppositories and quot;retrainquot; my bowelsa little scared - any advice appreciated.

Hi, congrats on safely discharging the freon, most scrappers would just cut a tube and let it escape the compressor motor would have iron frame and copper windingsmost scrap yards have a category for thatthe housing would be sheet steel the heat exchanger is copper and another metal, probably aluminumhonestly just take the pieces into a scrap yard, they're used to dealing with stuff like that, they'll hand you a check you could theoretically make more if you separate the metals but not much for how long it would take yougood luck!
