I unhooked the Data Drive Cables and i want to know Which SATA do i hook up to the hardrive and which SATA i hook up to the DVD drive.
It shouldn't make any difference, and you can't hurt anything by guessing. You could accidentally mess up the boot sequence, in which case you can change the boot order, or just switch the cables.
