I just recieved a data cable for the Samsung a860. But when I plug it in, the computer doesn't recognize it! It recognizes that something is there, and charges the phone, but it won't let me access it to put in ringtones and wallpaper, etc.Does anyone know how to do it? HELP!?!?!?
You did not say what phone company you have. Go to your phone company and log on. Then their should be a synchronization program for your specific phone to download. You need this synch program to recognize and transfers files from computer to phone and phone to computer. Follow instructions and you are ready to go.
