Great I think its broke. I just unplugged it and the green lights still on. Any word on thaT?
yes, dell laptop used to catch on fire. but they had a recall on all of it. now, your ac adapter is supposed to get warm, but only hot enough for you to hold it. any hotter than that, you will need to get a higher power ac adapter. it be a chance of it being damaged. highly recommend for you to replace it promptly.
