I have a Dell laptop with windows vista. the icon on the bottom right with the battery and the cord shows a red X and with an empty battery icon. the outlet is in and the charger is plugged in. But I have no idea why the icon wont change pls help!
Well if its still in warrenty I would have the store people look at it.
that is a Dell for you take it back and have it fixed or call Dell
