Question:

depotting a BH 120 Eyeshadow pallet?

I have a couple eyeshadow pallets from BH Cosmetics. I would like to depot them and rearrange them by color scheme, ie...neutrals, yellows, greens, blues..etc. but reuse the same pallet. Is this possible. Ive looked it up on Youtube...but can seem to find what I'm looking for. Everyone is mainly talking about de-potting singular eyeshaws (mac, etc) and putting them in empty pallets. I would like to reuse what I have if possible and without damaging the eyeshadows. Do-able?

Answer:

They can aspirate (suck) milk into their lungs, and this can cause deadly pneumonia. If he becomes lethargic, not wanting to eat, or if you feel rattling when it breathes, it could be a problem. Watch for milk coming out of the nose when it nurses. You should take it to a vet for more info and see if it would be best for it to be humanely euthanized.
It probably will if the kitten is not able to nurse. That's crucial for its survival now. Only time will tell. The mother may refuse to nurse the deformed one even if the kitten can get sustenance that way. I would seek an opinion from a vet. It would be very expensive to do surgery now and have to feed the kitten through a tube.
If it does indeed have a cleft pallet chances are it will not survive. Kittens born with cleft pallets are not able to properly nurse and will most likely either starve to death or aspirate milk into its lungs and die of pneumonia. I would recommend taking the kitten to the vet to confirm the cleft pallet. If it is confirmed then the most humane course of action may be to euthanize the kitten rather than allow it to slowly die through starvation or aspiration pneumonia. There is a surgery that can correct it but it is costly and would require the kitten be tube fed (putting tube directly into stomach) until it is old enough to survive the surgary
Have you called the vet? He would be the one to tell you if the deformity is too bad for the kitten to survive. I think it will cause it to breath liquid into his lungs and cause a problem soon if it is bad enough.
