Do gray curtains go with taupe walls?

Wouldn't have thought so. Sounds a bit dreary to me.
No...try a white or off white with a dark brown ribbon trim that runs a few inches in from the edges..classic looking, or go with a graphic print that has both colours in it if you want the gray with the taupe colour together.
no, I would actually suggest going with a color. I think that taupe is really pretty, however I think that using gray curtains would make the room seem very dull. Maybe a red or black - you could even go with a darker brown!!! (like, chocolate brown).
