Hi everyone, i worked for a drug chain company in a pharmacy, and recently I have been accused of stealing a pack of cigarettes, which I did not. They said I put them in my pocket and had a video tape which they would not show me. I was looking at a new pack of cigarettes wondering if i should try something new but I put them back on the shelf after thinking I didn't want them. I didn't steal anything. At first they said I wasn't suspended, but then they did suspend me. It's been a few weeks now, and I have a feeling they will fire me. I know their video cameras aren't very clear, and i told the loss prevention person to look closer that I put them back. All they have is this video tape, which like I said they refused to show me probably because I'm right. Do you think this will hold up in court against a large corporation? I'm a college student and can spare probably a few grand on a lawyer, but I don't want to let them get away with this because I didn't do anything and it's all BS.

You can't because it's locked - that's what locked means. You can screen print the page and save it as a graphic file (in a graphic editor like Paint).
