Microsoft now no longer delivers the information circulate cable for loose. and you won't be able to get it from their internet website any further. you could order it for $12.ninety 9 via calling a million-800-4-my-xbox. Ask for an information Migration kit.
No, a data transfer cable will not work in this situation. You can copy all your data on a flash drive and move it over using that. I'm not sure if the slim supports the older memory cards, if so, that would work too.
