maybe your nose is overcleansed and feels really dry so ur body produces more oil resulting in more breakouts on your nose. try using a gentler cleanser and apply moisturizer after that to clear breakouts i use oxy10, or anything with benzyl peroxide and then put e.l.f. shielding hydro tint over it. its a tinted moisturizer and it works for my face. the benzyl peroxide will make the pimples dry and also make ur skin dry so dont overdo it
