I think the person commented previously has the right idea about it . You can follow his direction to get your answer . But you can get more specific answer from some dedicated website .
God helps those who help themselves. I don't believe God intended us to survive by sitting down and praying for him to take care of us any more than we want our own children to be completely dependant on us for all their lives. It reminds me of a joke about a man sitting on his roof in a flood. Three different people in boats come by and ask him to get in. He says to each, No, God will take care of me. Then a helicopter comes by to rescue him and he says the same thing. So the flood waters rise and he dies and goes to heaven. When he gets there, he asks God, Why didn't you save me? And God replied, I sent three boats and a helicopter, what more did you need?
Yes it does a lack of confidence in lightning, for it will strike wherever it can.
