It depends what versions you're talking about. If it is their regular versions, and they are given no prep time at all, Spiderman wins because of that freaking Spider Sense, but if prep time is given, or we can use another version of Batman (For example Batman 1,000,000. He's practically a god) then Batman has this. The Spider Sense changes everything in a sudden fight.
