It really all depends. First you need to pick out the frames and those can range anywhere from $100 - $500 (at least where I go. I've never been to the Walmart eye place, so they could be a little cheaper and/or more expensive). Then you'll need to pick what type of lenses you want, like progressive, etc. After you pick out all of those things, then you'll have the total. Good luck! :)
this is something you would need to discuss with your vet. She would need a health certificate from the vet to fly anyways. The problem you may run into is transporting her back to the mainland.. Hawaii has pretty strict regulations on quarantine. You may be better off to check into having the stud shipped to you.. you would have to plan it out so that he goes into quarantine well before you'd need him.. and then when its done he can be shipped back. Or better yet, check into artificial insemination.
Don't waste your time with gadgets and gimmicks. While a voltage detector is a useful secondary safety device for an electrician to verify there is no power, a magnetic field detector to diagnose pump operation is not of much use. For a quick check, just put your hand on the motor section of the pump to see if it is producing vibration and heat. A magnetic field detector may pick up nearby pumps, solenoid coils, and transformers, Most pump problems are much more complicated than just a lack of power to the motor. Real troublshooting requires a volt meter, amp meter, and pressure gauges. Technicians use real tools, salesmen use gadgets.
