I am going to buy a 8GB SDHC Class 6 SD Memory Card but am curios if the card reader on my Toshiba laptop will recognize it as it would a regular SD card. thnx

the card reader should be fine if you want a definitive answer ring toshiba, i have a satellite pro p100 and mine works with a SDHC card 8GB however your memory card may be of a different make and specification to mine
