Question:

Does Deep Sea Diva have to be face up to use its effect? Yugioh?

The effect:When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Sea Serpent-Type monster from your Deck.My question is, if I set this card face down can I use its effect? Or does it NEED to be face up in order to trigger? The reason i'm unsure is because I'm guessing my opponent would want to read the effect to verify that I'm not doing anything suspicious but then that would give away what kind of card I set down. The way i've been playing, is i'd normal summon it face up attack to use its effect or normal summon set face down then say on a following turn flip-summon into face up attack then use its effect.Which is the right way to do it?

Answer:

When designing guards just keep in mind What Can Possibly Go Wrong? - Assume that a child is fascinated by the device and puts his hands, feet, and fingers anywhere there is a crack or crevice. - Assume that workers have loose fitting clothing that can be wrapped around any moving part - Assume that any guarded component can self-destruct or explode - Assume that debris can build up and needs to have a way to flow away without building up in and around guards. - Guards should be easily removed and replaced so as to service the device. A major cause of industrial accidents results from removed guards that were not replaced due to the time/aggravation/difficulty of removing and replacing during servicing. - Metal fatigue should be considered when designing the guard as well as the method of fastening. Vibration can render some fastening systems useless. - Often viewing ports can be useful on guards. They should be made of polycarbonate. If, as the other poster implied, you are working in a potentially explosive environment, you should use Explosion Proof fittings, conduit, and motors. Care needs to be taken to ensure that there is no metal to metal contact that could result in sparks. Also any area of the machine that creates or accumulates heat should be addressed and vented. Surrounding air can directed and filtered via particle separators. You might look at some particle filters that are available for woodworking equipment.
Catalytic Heater doesn't produce CO it will remove O2 But most tents are drafty enough put it in a safe spot so you don't roll over it . Use the Proper fuel . Light it outside the tent they send up allot of flame at first when lit and doing that inside a tent will be a disaster. Once they burn down after lit give it 10 min so the heat will be all clean then bring it in . It will take out the chill.. You can get a Battery operated CO meter if you are worried , but unless your tent is so well sealed its a vacuum you should be OK . This thing will kill you in a car for example, because the seal in a car is too good. Crack the Zipper if you have a real good tent and not an old Canvas Job..
